The calm before the storm
Tomorrow is the second big day of the wedding: the reception. About 1500 persons are expected to come and congratulate the new couple. While family and relatives are finishing to prepare the big event, we escape the city for a ride through the Nilgiris, a large chain of mountains and plateaux separating the three states of Tamilnadu, Kerala and Karnataka. The Nilgiris (Blue Mountains, ~2600m high) are famous for their tea plantations... and their bengal tigers...
